My interview on the BBC earlier today on why I will not be taking part in the government advisory panel on implementing the recommendations from the recent child abuse inquiry. I can make more of a positive difference on scrutiny, not an ad hoc talking shop with no power. p.s. I apologise unreservedly for the state of my hair in this clip. I'm blaming the rain!
